Fleet Recommended Fighter Hangar

For all you budding fighter pilots out there here is a list of ships the fleet would recommend having available to you, try to ensure you work your way to having 1 from each row of the list below ready to fly. Gladius -> Arrow

Talon Shrike

M50/Razor

Hurricane/Vanguard

Inferno/Eclipse/freelancer mis

Mantis/Warlock

This will give you flexibility and standardization with the rest of the fleet. For those wondering what else to experiment with the lists below are my hand picked recommendations for each category

Dogfighting (fast and furious action)

- Arrow - High manoeuvrability good punch but fragile

- Gladius - Most well rounded ship for combat

- Blade - Cannons do high damage but must be accurate

- M50/Razor - Fast and hard to hit but fragile and low firepower

Honourable mention - Warlock - emp and firepower

Honourable mention - Aurora LN - Small, deadly and unexpected

Interceptors (Run down and pounce on the enemy)

- Talon Shrike - Fast and fragile low firepower but backs up with missiles for support.

- M50/Razor - For all out speed and handling

- Buccaneer - For the zoom and boom

Medium Fighters (A little more DPS than lights)

- Sabre - outclassed by light fighters but as support ship packs a punch

- Banu defender - same as sabre but more manoeuvrable and S2 shield

- Cutlass - brings extra firepower, missiles, turret and interior but solo you are gunna get in trouble

Heavy Fighter (Heavy fire power)

- Hurricane - King of the hill but you have to watch out for missiles as it cant evade

- Vanguard series - Currently any variant as stats are flatlined, powerful and take a punishing but you have to take a gunner or have support.

Special Support Ships (when there is at least 3 other fighters)

- Talon Shrike - A great support ship as it can fire the missiles and still get stuck into a fight.

- Freelancer Mis - A dedicated missile boat for target suppression

- Eclipse - Missile loadouts are important

- Retaliator - See eclipse x3

- Inferno - A great tool for support against larger ships and ads missiles, not great if outnumbered by light fighters

- Mantis - A useful tool to have around if we have enough ships in the zone to spare a pilot

Honourable mention - Gladiator, torps and guns but fly's like a brick
